    Hello support,

    Yesterday I posted an issue about the burger menu inside the main menu.
    Somebody else also replies inside my topic and the moderator closed the topic without even giving me a chance to respond.

    So please respect the topic of the initiator! I think it is not a good idea to let everyone just drop there issues inside others topic.
    It just makes topics messy.

    I want to let you know that the issue is resolved.

    Hi @jawes,

    Sorry about that, it’s a problem when customers hijack other peoples threads. Moderators should check if the original poster wants the thread closed, otherwise leave it open. I’m sure whoever closed your thread made an honest mistake and hopefully it won’t happen again. Sorry about closing your thread and I’m glad to hear you solved the problem.
