I’m using a custom template which is pulled in via the init hook, this in turn then pulls in the header / footer via get_header / get_footer but for some reason the Enfold dynamic CSS isn’t being brought in. Any ideas?

June 10, 2023 at 12:20 am #1410107Hi,
Thanks for your patience and the login, I took a look but I didn’t see a directory /templates/ for your custom files, I would note that I see you are not using a child theme and I assume your customizations are in the parent theme which will be lost on any updates, do you plan on using a child theme?
Which file did you model your template after a page, portfolio, etc? Try comparing yours to the theme file perhaps you are not using the same structures.
Perhaps you could explain further the files and link to the page so we can understand better.
Please note that when you “bump” a post it moves it to the bottom of the list with the new posts, we typically try to resolve the older threads first, Thank you for your patience and understanding.Best regards,

June 10, 2023 at 9:49 pm #1410186Hi,
If you disable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ JS & CSS file merging and compression and enable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ Delete old CSS and JS files does the header and foot get the stylesheet then?
Can you link to a sample page that is showing the issue?
I couldn’t tell you how to inherit the enfold page template inside of a plugin as this has not come up before and I don’t have any experience with this.Best regards,
MikeJune 12, 2023 at 11:12 am #1410320Thanks Mike.
It’s okay, we eventually got this sorted.
It wouldn’t really be of public benefit to run through this as our set-up is pretty rare – but if you were curious, feel free to contact directly.
June 12, 2023 at 11:19 am #1410325Hi,
Glad to hear that you have this sorted out, it’s cool that you are doing this in a plugin but I think it’s above my skill set. If you have any further questions please create a new thread and we will gladly try to help you. Thank you for using Enfold.Best regards,
