    Hi there, I’m having an issue with getting my page to pass for mobile friendly. My hosting company has looked into it, and It appears there are three files that are not loading and result in a 404. Most likely, this is why you’re seeing the test state partially loaded.

    Here are the three files I see as showing 404’ing from the browser developer console:

    https://bigchiefmeatsnacks.com/wp-content/outline/skin.css (x2)
    https://js.hs-scripts.com/.js?integration=WordPress

    I believe once these get corrected, the test will complete without issue.

    Can I delete these without affecting anything? Can you advise?

    Hi BrendaSarg,

    Those 2 files you mentioned aren’t part of the Enfold theme.
    Please try to disable all your plugins and check.
    Then enable them one by one to know which plugins are using the said files.
