Hi Guys,
It’s been brought to my attention that the mobile view of the website has a lot of white space between sections and also some of the elements aren’t loading (Images, animated numbers etc).
I’ve also just been on the site on mobile and desktop and there are images and elements that are showing as there but not loading correctly.
I can’t seem to find what may be causing this issue.
Do you have any ideas as to what I could try?
Thanks,

First off, could you clear all caches and minification from the site? Also please make sure to activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files is active under Enfold->Performance. If you should need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,

Thanks for getting back to me. It looks to have worked!
I will keep an eye on it over the weekend.

Just a quick one… why are the columns displaying differently on the front end On our contact form?
Thanks,
MattJune 10, 2022 at 8:03 pm #1354868Hi,
Thanks for the update. Are you referring to the element on the page in private? I’m guessing that you want them to have a background? If so, then please share admin WordPress login details with us in private.
Best regards,
RikardJune 13, 2022 at 10:49 am #1355022Hi Rikard,
Thanks for getting back to me. The columns have background colour when in the admin console and editing but when viewed as a visitor do not. Yes I want them to have backgrounds and look how they look when editing.
I have posted the temp login link in private.
Thanks,
MattJune 13, 2022 at 1:13 pm #1355033Hi,
Thanks for that. I see that the background is showing as it should when logged in, but not when logged out. That suggests a problem with caching, since caching plugins are usually not showing cached content to logged in users. Could you try clearing all caches from the site, or try to temporarily deactivate all caching to see if that helps please?

I have just done as you said above the element is now showing on the front end. However, when the caching plugin is reactivated it returns back to how it appears above. How can we keep the appearance whilst the caching plugin is active?
Thanks,

June 13, 2022 at 5:27 pm #1355061Hi Matt,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure how that can be done unfortunately, as the problem seems to be related to a third party plugins. Could you try reaching out the plugin developers for further support please?
Best regards,
RikardJune 13, 2022 at 5:30 pm #1355068Hi Rikard,
Ok I will send them a message. What caching plugin would you recommend?
