Hi! When I’m viewing my website from the mobile devices, I’m not entirely satisfied with the results. Most of the pages have Advanced Layerslider at the top and color sections with people photos as a background that positioned in a specific alignment with content elements. This specific alignment gets disturbed when viewed in on the mobile devices. For example, person’s face gets covered by the content elements or the background photo gets moved so the person isn’t seen anymore at all.

I’m happy with the behavior of Advanced Layerslider – it keeps the container wide at 100% and everything always looks the same either it’s desktop, iPad or smartphone. Is there a chance to make color sections to behave the same way?
Basically, I want my website to have exactly the same the look on mobile devices as I have on regular computers. Advanced Layerslider provides that, but not the color section.

    Thank you!

    Hey Ivne,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

You can disable the Responsive Site option of the theme in the Theme Options > General Layout > Dimensions panel. Aside from that, it’s not possible to have the same layout or look on mobile devices as the desktop because of the huge difference in space.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately disabling Responsive option creates new set of problems and doesn’t help with scaling the color section’s background images. But Advanced Layerslider works fine everywhere, it’s a pity I can’t create a container for color section to behave the same way.
Is there a chance I can somehow create 2 separate versions of my website, mobile and regular? How do I do I separate them?

    Hi,

Yes, that’s possible. You can do a mobile redirect with the following plugins:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-mobile-url-redirect/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/mobile-redirect-plus-lite/

Or hide/toggle different elements with css media queries. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/hide-menu-itemselements-on-mobile/

    Best regards,
    Ismael
