Hi Team Kriesi,
I’ve recently updated some elements on the site (security plugin and cache) and now the mobile template is not loading – the desktop is fine. I matched all the settings with another site I run, which has no issues with the mobile template. I’ve reviewed as many settings as possible and disabled/enabled plugins had no joy. Hoping you can take a look and advise.

Update – the mobile site is now working correctly! Not exactly sure what changed, but nonetheless all is good. I’ve cancelled the login details for now.

Well now it’s not working again. It was working well for an hour, then the mobile template didn’t. I’ve reactivated the login password as per the first mail – also there is a File Manager plugin if you need to review php files. Thanks in advance for any advice / support you can offer.
Update – I seem to get the issue when I swop languages (but not always!)

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the updates, I can’t see anything obviously wrong on your mobile site when changing the language. Is this happening in a specific browser maybe? Also, did you try to disable your optimisation plugin to see if that changes anything?

I haven’t been able to isolate what the issue was, but it has been stable for 24 hours so it seems to have sorted itself out – fingers crossed it stays that way 😊
