Hello,
I just upgraded to the latest release and I have 1 menu item that is a custom link (Resources). On mobile devices, it will not display the submenu items on a click. Also, I had a tab setup (Products) as a Mega Menu and no > would appear and clicking on it did nothing. I have since changed that tab and removed the Mega Menu and it is working correctly.Thank you,
JohnJuly 18, 2017 at 6:50 pm #823456I am also having mega menus not work on mobile since upgrade.
Desktop still ok.
I commented around all my css – so it’s not that.July 19, 2017 at 9:22 am #823765Hi John,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,

Mega menu works on desktop but not mobile:
Stopped working after theme upgradein the mean time I cannot use Mega menu – so live site I removed.
I tested with out any CSS – although very minimal anyway – still no mega menu on mobile
Mega Menu on staging site is 5th menu item: classes – with fused glass and metal clay under. Thanks

July 20, 2017 at 4:45 pm #824682We have the same issues at YourSBA.com with our submenus on mobile and found a temporary “fix” if this helps any participants or Kreisi diagnose the issue. Our not-working submenus were under menu items with Custom Links and a URL of “#” which we changed to “/news” (news being specific to our site) and the submenus appeared and seem to be working fine. We also had to customize the CSS for the mobile menu background color.

July 20, 2017 at 5:03 pm #824698Thank you mbaumannusa for that temporary fix. I tried that and now that menu item with Custom Links expands on mobile :). Hopefully, Kreisi will come up with a permanent fix and for the mega menu issue.
July 20, 2017 at 5:16 pm #824711SAME PROBLEM- First sub menu not working on mobile. It’s a custom link with # as url, has been working fine since I built the site last year. 2nd sub menu works, and all work on desktop.
Used temp fix from mbaumannusa (Thanks!) and now works on mobile. But would like to go back to #, I really don’t want to link to a specific page on the site https://artisangourmetmarket.com/
Thanks

BasilisOctober 19, 2017 at 8:34 am #866109Hi!
Any update on this problem with the # custom link issue on mobile menu?
Thanks,
Kind regards,
Sebastiaan
October 19, 2017 at 9:38 am #866119Sebastiaan – This is a bug with 4.1.2. You have to FTP into your site and replace the entire contents of themes/enfold/js/avia.js with this code:
https://pastebin.com/7Q7uKELGThis will fix the submenu link issue on tablets and mobile.

October 19, 2017 at 10:39 am #866141Hi Hiruseki,
Thank you for the quick response, I appreciate it. Can someone from the Kriesi theme confirm that this is the only method at this moment to fix this issue? It is not my preferred reaction to just copy code without being sure this is valid. I hope you understand :-)October 19, 2017 at 4:39 pm #866298Hi Hiruseki,
Thank you for the reply and code. Is the code from another theme with Avia framework? I ran the files through a diff checker and here is that comparison: https://www.diffchecker.com/b3UyzjbS 70 removals 81 additions
I think Sebastiaan is correct that some verification would be good. It would be good if someone from Kriesi could look back in on this ticket.
Thanks again Hiruseki,
Michael

same problem at my site
do we have an official solution ?Thx
TomerOctober 22, 2017 at 6:44 pm #867259Hi all,
Yes, you could try to use that JavaScript, but it did not work for everyone.
Here is a long thread about the issue and there are a few solutions available there:
