    Hi again,

    My mobile website images are not working properly on my iPhone or iPad. When I scroll past an image it disappears, and when I stop scrolling it reappears. I think it may be a functionality issue but I am not sure how to fix it. I am currently using the Enfold Startup Theme. http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-startup/

    Yes for some reason you can not update.

    Hi,

    I think you will have to contact your hosting service about that, you might be able to see it whatever control panel they are using as well.

    Hi,

    I checked your site on ipad mini/chrome and I couldn’t see any issues like that. What browser are you using to get that error? If you could provide us with that video you mentioned or screenshots it might helps us understand better.

    I’m using Safari on my phone and ipad, which I am sure most people using Apple products will use for mobile.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the video. I can’t see anything like that using Safari/Ipad mini though, could you try to flush your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps please?

    I’ve reloaded and flushed the cache several times but it’s still doing the same thing, I am not sure what’s happening. I thought it might have to do with the parallax images but your Enfold startup theme works fine on my browser.

    Anything else I can try?

    Do you think this has anything to do with the dev website? I’ve sent to several others and the images are messed up on their phone as well. Please let me know we are getting ready to launch the site and I’m worried mobile will not work for everyone.

    I figured it out, finally!!

    This is the code to make parallax images work on mobile: .avia_mobile #top .av-parallax { position: absolute !important; }
