OUR SUPPORT QUESTION IS:
we have issues with responsive elements on our live site on mobile. Our Staging site is ok. We notice in the element inspector that the html elements on the live site are missing some css classes causing the responsiveness to break. Please help us find why the css classes are not generated on the live site. we can provide logins to both sites so you can see the setup is identicalThank you and look forward to hearing from you

November 17, 2015 at 5:04 am #537072Hi,
Please try to enable debug mode in order to display shortcode, then copy/paste the shortcode from your staging site to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 17, 2015 at 5:19 am #537080Sorry No idea what you mean here. Why do we want to display shortcode? Can you expand on that. What would we be copying and pasting? Please clarify..
November 18, 2015 at 4:57 am #537789Hello – Can you please get back to me on this? The site is really broken.. Login details have been provided. Thank you.
November 20, 2015 at 1:15 pm #539492Hi!
refuse from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.
As Rikard already mentioned: you can enable debug mode by following these instructions: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Can you show us the issue you have on mobile devices please? Please send us some screenshots to clarify what it’s all about. You can use imgur.com or dropbox.
Best regards,
AndyNovember 20, 2015 at 1:30 pm #539516Please see links below.
You can see the site is completely broken when on mobile – It’s not only on one page its on all.
Whereas the staging site, which I’ve provided you access to – Seems to be fine.
Can you please review – I don’t understand about the code you’ve sent through.
All website access has been provided, perhaps you can log in and do this if possible?

The sections are outside the wrap_all container which breaks the site’s responsiveness. I’m not sure what causes the issue yet so I created a test page then applied the home template but it’s still not working. Please update the theme to the latest version, 3.4. This is the test page: http://www.elementsspa.com.au/test-2/

IsmaelDecember 2, 2015 at 5:56 am #545742Hi,
We tried updating the theme to a higher version with no success. The same issue occurs.
We have 2 sites – one at staging, one live. THey are both EXACTLY the same code.
The live moble site css is completely broken on mobille, the staging site is fine.
We duplicated an EXACT replica of the staging site to live! The hosting is the same.I have supplied the login details below so you can review both home pages.
When reviewing the source the only thing I can see that is different.
Can you advise what the settings below mean: ML:256-PU:37-PLA:8On the live broken site:

The generated CSS code does not wrap the elements properly?!December 4, 2015 at 11:49 am #546892Hi!
Sorry for the late reply!
You are using older version of the theme on both sites. Can you please firstly update it to the latest version 3.4.4 ( labeled as 3.4.3) kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?Regards,
YigitDecember 4, 2015 at 11:57 am #546896Hi Yigit,
The live site is updated to the latest theme. We won’t be updating the staging site.
Look forward to hearing from you
December 4, 2015 at 12:36 pm #546916Hi!
I added following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .flex_column_table_cell { display: block; width: 100%; margin: 0; }}
Can you please review your website now?
Cheers!
