    Hey guys,

    PLEASE help me with this. I’ve downloaded several different plugins and I get the same issue across the board…

    “This webpage has a redirect loop”

    I’ve contact bluehost and they tried their best but no luck. They suggest that it’s an error on Enfold’s end.

    ***Side Note***: I only want to do this because the mobile version of the fullscreen homepage is bad. The images aren’t responsive so its cropped oddly on phones. If you guys can help me FIX this issue, I won’t need to redirect my site on mobile.

    Thank you,
    Chris

    Hey ccyran!

    You can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/hide-menu-itemselements-on-mobile/ and display different slider on mobile. Have you tried it? If not, please do so

    Regards,
    Yigit

    Hey I haven’t tried it, sorry I’m a bit confused. Is there specific CSS I need to copy to do this?

    Thanks!

    Hey!

    Please see “Hide elements on mobile” section.

    Cheers!

    Hey understood,

    But im not sure what to add and where to add it.

    The two CSS elements listed in that section?

    @media only screen and (max-width: 990px) {
    .only-desktop { display: none !important; }}

    and

    @media only screen and (min-width: 990px) {
    .only-mobile { display: none !important; }}

    Hey Yigit/Elliot

    I’m really confused with setting this all up. I’m trying to follow these guides but I’m having no luck. Can you please help me.

    Thank you.

    I followed the guide and it got rid of the fullscreen slider on mobile. I want it to adjust proportionately when on mobile.

    Please help!

    Hi,

    Could you post the URL to your site please?

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Hey Ricard,

    The url to my site is ccyran.com

    I decided that remove the slider using custom CSS on mobile. I’m going to redesign it. The fullwidth slider doesn’t look too good on mobile, I can make better use of it on desktop!

    I was able to figure out how to add custom CSS.

    Thank you guys for all your help! If there’s a page where I can donate $ as a token of my appreciation, please let me know. You guys are ridiculously helpful and patient. I wouldn’t purchase any other theme ever.

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for the kind words, the support is included in your purchase so no need for donations but you are more than welcome to leave a review on Themeforest :-)

    Thanks,
    Rikard
