Hey guys,
The last issues I see are in mobile:
1) The background image is now on top of all the colour sections – not displaying as it should (should only be seen between colour sections).
2) The logo is pixelated and cutoff to the right.
Thanks again for all your help with these and the other few. Great theme and I can’t wait to have it looking awesome again.

1.) If you don’t mind me asking, on what kind of mobile device are you checking this with? The layout of the website are ok when I resized the browser width. All background designs are between the color section exactly the same on desktop version.
2.) Please use this to fix the logo on mobile view:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo a, .responsive .logo img { margin: 0 auto; max-width: 100%; width: 192px; height: 60px !important; max-height: 60px !important; top: 4px; } }
Remove browser cache then reload the page a few times.

JonathanApril 2, 2014 at 6:16 pm #246641Hi!
Can you try adding following code to Quick CSS and check if that helps?
.avia_mobile #top .av-parallax-section { z-index: 0; }

YigitApril 2, 2014 at 6:31 pm #246660Hi Yigit,
This didn’t work unfortunately. I know you have a lot of tickets to work on but I really appreciate you helping me fix this quickly as you can see my mobile site is unusable currently! =)

JonathanApril 2, 2014 at 11:27 pm #246770Hi Yigit, I’m sorry to bug you but I’m wondering if I should go back to the old theme until this is fixed? Is it something you need to look into? I just can’t have up as is for much longer. Thanks!
April 3, 2014 at 2:44 pm #247051Hey!
Can you please try adding following code to Quick CSS
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #color_section { background-image: none!important;, background-color: white!important; }}
Best regards,
YigitApril 3, 2014 at 3:31 pm #247076Hi Kriesi,
I have the same problem on my iPhone after the update..
My logo is wide and now the font is different and the right side looks cut of.
Where should I add that logo fix?

Greets ChristianApril 3, 2014 at 3:37 pm #247079Hi!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive .logo a, .responsive .logo img { max-width: 80%; height: auto !important; }}
Cheers!
YigitApril 3, 2014 at 4:28 pm #247106Hi guys,
Unfortunately that still doesn’t work… looks the same.

JonathanApril 3, 2014 at 8:25 pm #247208Yigit, the background issue is very critical – are there any other suggestions?
April 3, 2014 at 11:23 pm #247243Hi!
Please try adding following code to Quick CSS as well
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #full_slider_1 { display: none; }}
If that too does not work, please create a temporary admin login and post here privately if you do not mind
Cheers!
YigitApril 4, 2014 at 12:04 am #247259Hi Yigit,
Unfortunately it didn’t work. I’ll post temporary login below.
Can you please fix this as well as my issue in the below thread that hasn’t been resolved? I’ve been hoping someone would look at it but no one has yet.

Thanks a lot for this.

Thanks for looking into this.
April 4, 2014 at 2:39 am #247298Sorry Yigit, also wanted to mention that I just noticed the ez slider doesn’t’ show in mobile anymore either…
To recap, three things if you can look into when in my site:
1) Background showing wrong in iPhone mobile mode
2) ez slider not showing in mobile screen
3) horizontal whitespace much larger after update from 2.4 than beforeThank you thank you thank you!
April 4, 2014 at 7:22 pm #247594Hi Yigit,
Any chance you can look into this shortly if possible? If not please let me know as I will then revert to the old theme – I can’t leave my site like this for too much longer.
Thanks,
JonathanApril 4, 2014 at 7:26 pm #247595Hi!
You can see i have already made some changes in Quick CSS section but i still see the issue on my iphone. I am already on it
Best regards,
YigitApril 4, 2014 at 7:48 pm #247609Thanks for keeping me posted Yigit! I just flushed the Google Pagespeed Cache in case that might help.
I hope you can fix these! Fingers crossed.
Talk soon,
JonathanApril 4, 2014 at 7:51 pm #247611Hi!
Can you also try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps? I have copied your home template and created a page called home test and will work on that one
Edit: Custom CSS code is currently not being applied. Deactivating plugins should help. If it does not try adding the custom CSS code i added to top of Quick CSS to Custom.css file inside Enfold/Css folderBest regards,

April 5, 2014 at 11:00 pm #247867Hi Yigit,
I deactivated but no changes so I moved all your code to custom.css. The mobile still does not work. Please let me know if this is something we will be able to fix shortly otherwise I need to revert to the old theme as I have many customers find me via mobile and this has been a few days already. Thanks for understanding.
Also, did you add any plugins? There were a few I didn’t recognize but it’s been a while since I looked. Also, please don’t update any plugins for me – there are a few that need updating but I will do so once we’re done.
Thanks,
JonathanApril 6, 2014 at 3:28 am #247883Hi!
No i did not install any plugins nor updated any. I have just created a page called ‘home test’. You can revert to older version. Can you create a test installation? Custom CSS code is not being applied. Please make sure that wp-content>uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ). Custom CSS should solve the issue

YigitApril 6, 2014 at 6:51 pm #247944Hi Yigit,
Thanks for the clarification.
I’d love to use the new version, so if you think we’re almost there I’ll leave a bit longer.
I did include your custom css code in custom.css and it seems to be applied as the ez slider is now hidden, etc. So I’m not sure what you mean. Please let me know what to do and if you think we can fix this soon!

JonathanApril 6, 2014 at 11:22 pm #247962Yigit,
I just realized I need to check the new test page to see changes. The test page looks better in that now all text is on the correct background, but the background only colour section separator is now missing. Looks like you’re on the right track. Any other suggestions?
Best,
JonathanApril 7, 2014 at 6:42 pm #248367Hi!
Can you post a screenshot and show which seperator is missing? I added custom CSS code to apply the changes only on test page
Regards,
YigitApril 7, 2014 at 7:53 pm #248412The colour sections with the colour background image were being used as separators but I believe your code stops them from showing. That fixed the problem but now I don’t have those colour sections. They should be showing but only as separators between the sections with the tray background – same as on desktop.

That separator should also be on mobile. I think you removed it to stop it from incorrectly filling the screen as it was, but can we put it back so it shows correctly?
Thanks for your ongoing support!
April 9, 2014 at 4:42 pm #249324Hi guys,
Just checking in on this as I’m going to revert to the old theme if we can’t fix shortly. I’d love to keep this new version though. Are we any closer to fixing this?
Thanks for your help.
Best,
JonathanApril 10, 2014 at 7:59 pm #249912Sorry guys, this was taking too long so I had to revert to the old theme. I have an active out-of-home ad campaign sending traffic to my site that just recently started so I couldn’t wait any longer…
I’m happy to setup a testing environment if it helps as I’m sure I’m not the only one having this issue with the background image. You can then take your time fixing it. Do you have any recommendations on how to do so? Any web service to do this?
Best,
Jonathan -
