    Hallo!
    On my site https://cloudzz.com I checked Media Queries using my web browser, just resizing the window to lower size.
    But yesterday I checked it on Android Nexus 4 (Chrome) and IPhone (Safari) and found that in both of them there is no resizing.

    Please go to Enfold theme options > General Settings and choose to display Responsive Layout

    Yes. I fond problem.
    It was WP Total Chache
    Minify settings
    I turned it off now

    just leaved html optimization
