Hi, I have a main menu set in the header area and a secondary menu in the area above the header. Both menus have a logged out and a logged in version. All works fine in desktop size. when the site is viewed at mobile size I get two incorrect behaviours:
    1) when logged out, the hamburger menu appears and activates the flyout when clicked. However, no menu appears on the flyout.
    2) when logged in, the hamburger menu doesn’t appear at all.
The secondary menu works correctly in both cases.

    Hi dbcthomas,

Can you give us the link to your site?
Also, are you using an Alternate Mobile Menu? then please check this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/

    Best regards,

    The site is spstyle1.uk
The helper-main-menu.php fix enabled the menu to show when logged out but the hamburger menu still doesn’t show when logged in, even with the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.
    Thanks

    Hi dbcthomas,

Thanks for giving us the link to the site.
The main menu for logged in users and logged out users seems to be different, is there some hook we can use (since I’m not familiar with the plugin used) to attach the hamburger menu on the logged in menu?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I have resolved this by using a different plugin to manage logged in / logged out menus. No further action required.

    Thanks
