    Hello,
I have developped 3 web sites with Enfold, and perhaps I will developp some others.
But I have a very big problem with mobile menu.
If you click on the first item, the menu developp others items but do not link on the first item even if you click a second time on it.
It’s a really important problem !!!! My clients wants all to have a solution for this.
It’s cool to have a responsive web site but if you loose most of the menu it’s not so cool at all.
I really hope you have a solution for me !!!!
    Thanks for your answers

Hello, I have just buy Enfold theme, I’m a Canelle client.
We need to know if you have answers for that mobile menu problem.
With the mobile menu, you don’t have access to the links, unless the last one. This is a big problem.
Do you have answers for that ?

    Hi,

Please refrain from bumping or replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.

When I click on your first menu item, then I get redirect to your homepage. I guess this is what’s supposed to happen, isn’t it? if not then please send us admin login, so we can have a deeper look into it. Also actviate a default WordPress theme to check if you get similar results or not and let us know about them here.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hello,
Sorry for waiting a response too fast, but I really need to have anwser for that. I’ll try to wait !

My problem concerns the mobile menu.
    For example, on http://www.sblanc.com,
On the menu, you ‘ll find
    Photos > Galeries d’images > Antarctique
There is a link on each of this item
    Photos (http://www.sblanc.com/phototheque-polaire/) > Galeries d’images (http://www.sblanc.com/phototheque-polaire/) > Antarctique (http://www.sblanc.com/phototheque-polaire/photos-dantarctique/)
On the mobile menu, if you click on “Photos”, or “galeries d’images”, you don’t have access to those links but only on the next items.
From the mobile menu, you only have access to the last links of the menu.
I’d like to access to the links or to developp the menu.
For example, when I click on Photos, the menu could developp the items, and if I click a second time on “Photos”, I’d like to have access to the link http://www.sblanc.com/phototheque-polaire/.
It’s a big problem, because the mobile menu only give access to the last items and you can’t link to the first items of the menu.
I’m waiting for your answer, thank you.

    Hi,

not sure if I understand, but the mobile menu behaves the same way as on desktop. Go to Enfold->Header->Mobile Menu
and check “Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items” if you want to hide your submenu on mobile.

    Best regards,
    Andy

    Hi,
that do not resolve the problem that when submenu is hidden and when you click on first items, you have access to submenu but not to your pages.
    Example.
On the item “Photo”, the link is “http://www.sblanc.com/phototheque-polaire/”
It’s impossible to go to “http://www.sblanc.com/phototheque-polaire/” if you have hidden submenu on mobile.
I want to have submenu hidden on mobile, otherwise there is too much items and the menu is too long. But, with this option, the links of the items do not work until the last items.
Please, tell me if there is a way to second clic the items to access to the links when submenu is hidden, or if it is a bug of your mobile menu.
I don’t understand why this option exist if you can’t link to your pages when hidden submenu is activate.
Is it a bug or is there a solution for this ? Thanks for your anwser

    Hey!

That is the default behaviour of the parent menu when you hide the sub menu items. You can find a solution or workaround in the previous thread.

    // https://kriesi.at/support/topic/mobile-menu-links/#post-637296

The script will create a “go to page” link beside the parent menu item. Another workaround is to create a duplicate of the parent page.

    Regards,
    Ismael
