Hi there – I updated the theme to the newest version and now my mobile menu is not displaying correctly – it displays on top of the content so it is barely visible. Checked and no plugins are causing this issue. It just started happening after the theme update. Please help.
Thanks!

November 12, 2018 at 4:10 pm #1032637Hi,
Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance tab and choose to delete old CSS and JS files at the bottom and save your page and check if that helps. If you are using a cache plugin, please flush cache there as well.

YigitNovember 12, 2018 at 4:18 pm #1032644Did it and I disabled my caching plugin while this problem exists…no change in site. Still have the same problem.
November 12, 2018 at 4:23 pm #1032645Another clue is that if I choose the sticky header option on the template the header doesn’t actually stick. I need to uncheck it to make the header stick to the top of the site. Also, as you can see the mobile menu is overlapping the shopping cart icon. So three issues going on with header: sticky header does not stick, mobile menu showing on top of content, mobile menu overlapping shopping cart icon. Thanks for your help!
November 12, 2018 at 5:28 pm #1032669HI again – I got the header to stick…now problem just with mobile menu. I’m wanting to push a promotion so please help ASAP!

November 13, 2018 at 4:02 am #1032857Do I need to start a new thread?
November 13, 2018 at 6:02 am #1032887Hi,
Thanks for the update, it looks like your CSS is minified, could you try clearing/turning that off as well please? If that doesn’t help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardNovember 13, 2018 at 6:51 am #1032899Hey there! I’m putting the login details below in the private content. I don’t know of any minification to the site and can’t see a plugin that would have done it…
November 13, 2018 at 1:33 pm #1033001Hi,
Thanks, this plugin is likely guilty for the minification: Merge + Minify + Refresh
Best regards,
RikardNovember 13, 2018 at 5:20 pm #1033072Hi Rikard – I deactivated it and nothing changed. The problem still exists.
November 14, 2018 at 6:16 am #1033345Hi,
Thanks for the update. It looks like you have filled out 7 f’s for your white colours in the theme options, could you try to change them to #ffffff or #fff instead please?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 14, 2018 at 6:27 am #1033351Yes that worked! Thanks!!!
November 14, 2018 at 6:33 am #1033356BTW…there are a lot of good looking people who work at your company :) As I was looking for a solution I kept seeing all the pictures of everyone and it seems like everyone who works there is super cute.
