    Hello!

    I hope you guys are doing great, I’m trying to fix the problem I got with they menus on my store, don’t know when but since a week I realized that my mobile -toggle- menus have disappeared, i’ve tried to fix trough the custom CCS with no luck, at the end I “forced” the menu to appear as there was not showing any menu and people couldn’t navigate with their tablets or phones.

    Could you please help me to bring back the black box?

    Thanks for the login details. What happens if you remove header.php from your child theme?

    Hello Rikard!

    Many thanks for your quick answer, just removed and seems to be exactly the same. I will leave it removed. Do you have any other idea? Thank you so much in advance,

    Hi,

    You have to update the includes > helper-main-menu.php file in the child theme because the file is a little bit outdated. Let us know if that helps.

    Hello Ismael! You are right!

    I’ve disabled / erased the helper-main-menu.php file from the child theme and the mobile menu works perfect, but it destroys all my menus (left and right), any guidance on how I could update this file without loosing everything? THank you so much in advance,

    Hi,

    Compare the current or the latest version of the file from the modified file and then move the necessary changes to the current file.
