Mobile Menu Not working

I am unable to get the “Resources” Page in my menu to work on mobile, it works great on the desktop version. I tried creating submenus to the same page but didn’t work. I also tried to go through the Enfold theme headers and unchecked some stuff based on what I found on similar threads (Like creating a clone of the title menu item), but I could not find a solution. I even tried to click “always display submenu”, but it the “resources” link still doesn’t work on mobile, unless I long press and open it on a new tab.
