Hi,
Can you please take a look at the site https://www.arvidsons.com/? The mobile menu, when opened, isn’t working. None of the links are clickable. Can you please advise?
Thank you!
JustineJuly 27, 2017 at 6:23 am #830453Hey jnightingale,
Can you upgrade the account you gave to an administrator? so we can check the menus.
Best regards,
NikkoJuly 27, 2017 at 5:02 pm #830738Thank you, Nikko. You’re all set now.

August 1, 2017 at 7:28 pm #833038Hi,
@seolotsen please create your own ticket, so we can be able to debug and assist yu.
There is a known issue with the submenus, but we would need to check it further to be sure if it is something located or not, with the same thing.
Best regards,
BasilisAugust 1, 2017 at 7:31 pm #833040Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has had a chance to look at arvidsons.com?Do you want login info for Fiesta Pools and Spas as their mobile menu is also down? I have another site that I haven’t updated Enfold yet – should I wait since there’s the mobile menu problem?Any assistance with these two sites is much appreciated as our traffic has dropped significantly since the mobile menus aren’t working.
Thank you!
JustineAugust 7, 2017 at 7:04 am #835237Hi Justine,
Sorry for the late reply, we’ve been a bit busy lately. I checked the mobile menu on arvidsons and it’s working as it should on my end. I checked both using a desktop browser and on an actual device (Chrome/Iphone6). Did you make sure to clear your browser cache and reload the page?
Please see private for a screenshot how your mobile menu looks on my end.
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 11, 2017 at 4:36 pm #850569No working even clear Cache the submenus tap and later close it. :(
September 11, 2017 at 5:29 pm #850597please fix it soon… i cannot insert some manual “work around” stuff on tens of clients with your theme.
And please create an option to insert social icons in the menu. The social icons are completly away in mobile view.
September 12, 2017 at 8:16 pm #851225Hi,
Kriesi is working on an update which we will do push out soon.
Thank you very much for your understandingBest regards,
BasilisSeptember 16, 2017 at 10:48 am #852847In such cases, the solution is there from Kriesi and every people must do changes in via ftp (in case if do people at all responsive test in deepness)
In my case, I use your theme at my 15 clients. What is your idea to change it at 15 clients via ftp?
What every user expect is a fast solution and delivery in time with an update. Do you integrate another features in this time? Why is a major error not solved in days, if you deliver a work around?
Who should pay it and invest time to integrate this manual modifications at all of my clients? I must go to every clients papers and must log in every account. Most have change the credentials. This isn’t what I expected if I pay a theme for me and 15 of my clients with extended 12 month support. This is not what my clients expect from you.
For my understanding: This is an effrontery from Kriesi… Since 2 Months is this known.
Is the solution there, it would be nice from Kriesi to offer an emergency update for such major errors, if a main error and every important function doesn’t work correct.
Minor bugs can offered in a next update take, but in my mind i think, you work also on another features. But a menu, which can’t open by users: This is a major topic with big impact at bounce rate, user experience and business impact, if we can’t transform a visitor to a lead.
More than 50% of all interactions running via mobile devices.I think about to use another themes next times for my projects. Kriesi was my Favorite in the past. But I’m real not satisfy in last months.
For other strange behaviors of the theme, I will create a dummy page and post it to another thread, what is happened with another avia elements.
Thanks

This reply was modified 7 years, 1 month ago by Hoernchen089.
Bei mir sieht das so aus (@Kriesi: Att all Installations – you don’t need private access to all of my clients)
Mir hilft dies unter Custom-Css
@media (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 990px){
.responsive .logo {
float: left;
position: static;
transform: translate(0%, 0px) !important;
}
}
@media (min-width: 601px) and (max-width: 767px){
.responsive #top .logo {
width: 210px;
}
.responsive #top #wrap_all .container {
max-width: 92%;
width: 92%;
}
.avia-menu.av_menu_icon_beside {
margin-right: 15px;
padding-right: 15px;
}}
@media (min-width: 480px) and (max-width: 600px){
.responsive #top .logo {
width: 156px;
}
.responsive #top #wrap_all .container {
max-width: 92%;
width: 92%;
}
.avia-menu.av_menu_icon_beside {
margin-right: 8px;
padding-right: 8px;
}
}
@media (max-width: 479px){
.responsive #top .logo {
width: 172px;
}
#top .av-section-tab-title {
padding: 10px 10px 0px 50px;
}
}Eventuell musst Du es anpassen oder eben ein logo entwerfen lassen.
September 16, 2017 at 12:47 pm #852861wow vielen Dank!
Danke trotzdem nochmal!
