    Hello Kriesi Team

I am really sorry, this is fairly urgent and I hope someone can help me this time. My issue is that for some reason the mobile menu is not showing (the icon is but not the actual menu when you click on it. Below the things I already tried.

    — Disabling plugins
    — Removing all custom CSS (to see if something there was the issue)
    — Check whether mobile menu is assigned

Don’t know what is happening here. All installs are the latest version.

Login credentials & link in private area below!!!

    Thank you, appreciate your help.

    Hey Corina,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
This is a bug on Enfold 4.7.6.4 when WordPress 5.6 is used. This only happens when Alternate Mobile Menu is used.
We have now fixed this on your site by installing this plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper.
This is just a temporary solution until a new version of Enfold is released.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko
Thanks heaps for your prompt reply and fix. Appreciate it.
One question. I now get big warning messages when I login. Are these to be ignored and then with the next Enfold update I can remove the plugin?

    Thanks so much for clarifying.
    Kindest,
    Corina

    Hi Corina,

    You’re welcome :)
And yes, you are correct, you can ignore the warnings, once the next update is available and the plugin is removed, these warnings will be removed.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Corina,

    You’re welcome :)
The next release of Enfold should be around the second half/end of January.
It would include a new feature, WordPress 5.6 fixes, PHP 8.0 fixes, and fixes to some of the issues that have been reported.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Dear Nikko,

I have the same problem with alternate menu.
I also do have installed Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, but mobile menu still is not showing.

    Thanks

    Good Morning Nikko,

thank you, this link helped in kind of a way.
The link said to change the legacy of Enable jQuery Migrate Helper to 1.12.4.
But this setting can only be done at Test jQuery Updates.
So I activated the Test jQuery Updates again, which I had installed after upgrading WP to 5.6.
Now, the alternate mobile menu works fine again.
Maybe some other colleagues experience the same misunderstanding between the plugins “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” and “Test jQuery Updates”.
    Best
    Marcus

    Hi Marcus,

We’re glad to hear that :)
As for setting it to Legacy 1.12.4-wp, Test jQuery Updates is not needed.
You just need the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin then go to Tools > jQuery Migrate > jQuery Version and change the setting here.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
