I can not see the menu on my Iphone or android tablet I could however before the last update. I also can not see the layerslider on the homepage once I have logged out of the site in my web browsers but I can on my mobile devices. I can see the layerslider on the homepage while I am logged into the site on all browsers.
WordPress Version: 4.4.1
Enfold Version: 3.4.7Thanks
January 7, 2016 at 11:35 pm #561602Hi Ron!
try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

I tried deactivating all the plugins but still have the same issue. However I noticed when I am logged into the site as administrator I can see the mobile navigation when using a mobile device, however when logged out I can not. I believe this is because I have W3 Total Cache activated and set to not cache pages for logged in users.
This leads me to believe that it may be some problem with the files I have got cached, I also use Max CDN so it may be in there as well. Any help here would be very much appreciated i have been trying to get this sorted for a week.
Is there a css style sheet I should have added to the cache or maybe one I should have removed, the problem only started when I upgraded to 3.4.7 you already have the details for the site in the private post previously.
I also uploaded the site via ftp not an upgrade.
January 14, 2016 at 9:34 pm #565772Hi!
The mobile menu on the site is visible if all the plugins are deactivated. Please re-activate one by one and refresh the page to find out which one is causing the problem and try to re-install it and let us know…
Best regards,
