Hello, I’m having a problem with my mobile menu. My shopping cart is showing above and to the left of the menu drop-down on all page except my welcome page and blog page. On these pages, it is perfectly beside my drop-down, which is what I want.
The problem is the inconsistency on the other pages. On the rest of my pages the menu gets very thick, with a lot of whitespace, and my shopping cart shows in a very random space to the top left of the drop-down.
Can you assist?

January 13, 2017 at 8:42 pm #733317Hello? Can anyone else me with this?
January 16, 2017 at 3:03 pm #734075Hi,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) and (min-width: 768px) { .responsive.html_mobile_menu_tablet.html_visible_cart #top .cart_dropdown { right: 70px; }}
I could not reproduce the other issues on my end. Can you please post screenshots and show? You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.
Also, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.Best regards,
YigitJanuary 16, 2017 at 6:56 pm #734294That didn’t seem to help.
Here is the image link to imgur.com… you will see that my mobile menu is mis-aligned. Social tabs are below the dropdown, shopping cart is above it. It all looks very ugly. Just looking to have them aligned side-by-side the way it looks on my desktop version.
January 18, 2017 at 5:10 pm #735437Hi,
I cannot reproduce the issue on my end. Can you please try adding following code to Quick CSS as well
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .cart_dropdown { top: 66px; }}
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 18, 2017 at 5:16 pm #735444No luck… again, this isn’t happening on the Welcome page or Travel Blog page. It is only happening on the rest of the pages. Is there anything you can think of that would differentiate menu settings on those pages? Welcome page and Travel Blog page look good, the rest don’t. Please assist.
January 23, 2017 at 6:36 am #737110Hi,
The shopping cart icon position is the same on most pages except for the “Destination” page because it is located beside the menu items. Did you add any custom modifications in the functions.php file? Please post the login details here so that we can check the settings.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 23, 2017 at 11:37 pm #737459Ismael, I haven’t changed anything in that file to my knowledge. I’ll provide log-in details below… Ideally, I’m just looking for consistency from page to page and I’m not sure why that isn’t happening.
January 25, 2017 at 10:05 pm #738616Can I please get some follow-up on this? I opened this ticket 13 days ago and have gotten no answers. Please advise.
January 27, 2017 at 5:14 pm #739482Hello, I’ve provided confidential information to my page and have received no word in five days. Please advise.
January 27, 2017 at 9:19 pm #739580Hi,
Please refrain from bumping or replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndyJanuary 27, 2017 at 9:53 pm #739589I’ve gone through the plug-ins, and nothing seems to work. You’re welcome to do whatever you need to in order to fix the issue, just please advise on which ones you activate/de-activate. Thanks.
February 7, 2017 at 7:28 pm #744040Hey!
the results you’re getting are not normal and I can’t reproduce them on my end. So something must cause it especially on your end. Remove any custom code you’re using to find out if one is causing this issue. Also deactivate every plugin you’re using, but WooCommerce by WooThemes. If this does not help, then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

AndyFebruary 8, 2017 at 12:30 am #744152This is what I don’t understand, Andy. I actually DELETED WooCommerce. The cart still shows up. Additionally, I don’t feel technical enough to start deleting all of my theme files when I’ve put this much work into it, hope that makes sense. Honestly, I wouldn’t know how to begin doing it anyhow. Is there another alternative? I’ve shared log-in information below.
February 10, 2017 at 6:54 am #745216Hello, I need additional help on this. This ticket has been open since January 12th, and I’ve had little help in resolving the issue. Now, I have additional issues. I deleted my “resources” page, and deleted it from my menu. It should be gone. When I click on my Welcome page or Travel Blog page, it doesn’t show. When I click on my Destinations page, it shows in the menu without a Destination (404). Does the same on the Account and Contact page. In addition, the “cart” issue is still a major problem despite the fact that I DELETED WooCommerce.
This is highly frustrating to have so little assistance that leads to a resolution. This mobile version is clearly buggy. I can’t even add a plug-in to translate my mobile site to something more reliable, because the mobile site can’t be read by the most popular mobile plug-ins on WordPress. Many people are having issues with it, and I see a constant theme of these problems with mobile not being fixed. As a paying customer, I feel it appropriate to have a less flippant approach to fixing what is a very major issue that is holding back the progress and development of my website. My traffic is going up daily, and my visitors are seeing a continued (and increasingly) bugged mobile version that represents 70%+ of my viewership. Pardon the frustration, but this has gone on for a month and I would appreciate a solution. I’m not a developer, I’m a writer. I bought your product. It should work. Your customers rely on you for support, and thus far it has lacked greatly.
February 10, 2017 at 9:15 am #745268You can delete this thread. I found a work around.
February 10, 2017 at 4:33 pm #745473Hi,
glad you found a solution for you. Let us know in a new ticket if you have some more questions related to the theme. We are happy to assist you.
Best regards,
