Mobile menu missing

I have secondary menus created for location specific pages on my site and now the mobile menus have vanished when I load those pages. I have used 2 different plugins to create the secondary menus, Conditional Menus and/or Zen Menu Logic (neither of which are activated at the same time). The main menu loads fine in mobile view from the home page as the Main Menu is loaded there, but the secondary menus never fire off for pages they are assigned to. This worked fine before the latest round of Enfold updates, and I’ve tested both plugins with other templates. When I inspect the code, the mobile menu block doesn’t exist on those pages.
