Mobile Menu Missing

I have manually updated the theme. Nothing changed.
I have deactivate the plugins und activate them. Nothing changed.

I really dont know how do solve the Problem. This Problem was not there.

Our Provider is: 1und1
PHP: 7.0
gzip is activated through a php.ini.

i also tried to remove the gzip function, but then our theme breaks.
