Hi Guys
I’ve given this in another thread because I couldn’t find the “new post” area (Sorry)
I’ve tried the CSS solutions and it didn’t work – I’ve just made the update to 4.1.2 from 4.07 I think it was
I’ve got the admin login in the private sectionthe site is Safesec.dk
September 5, 2017 at 6:54 am #847976Hi
Do you need anything more from my side to solve the issue – I havn’t heard from you and it really sad having a mobilesite without a menuSeptember 5, 2017 at 2:57 pm #848128Hi,
Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files –
kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ ?Best regards,
YigitSeptember 5, 2017 at 3:08 pm #848137I’ll try

September 6, 2017 at 7:15 am #848452I got rid of the white screen so now I’m just missing the mobile menu
September 6, 2017 at 4:53 pm #848734Hi Safesec,
Have you updated your theme via FTP?
This part
is missing from your theme options > main menu.Best regards,
VictoriaSeptember 6, 2017 at 6:18 pm #848794Hi so now I’ve upgraded the theme via FTP and there is still no burger menu on the mobile
September 6, 2017 at 7:28 pm #848818Everything is as it should be now except the missing menu – It can’t be the webhotel cause I have another site on that one where the menu is present
So What to do???
Upadated theme via FTP (check)
tried CSS in general styling (Check)
Tried CSS in editor (check)Nothing works
I’m sorry if I’m to annoying with all my writing but it’s really frustrating when visitors can’t navigate on your site and your trying to start a business
September 7, 2017 at 11:40 am #849045Hi Safesec,
I know, it’s frustrating, and something does not work properly, since your theme options look different and the burger icon is not added to either of your 2 menus present. Which version of php are you running?
Best regards,
VictoriaSeptember 7, 2017 at 1:37 pm #849095Hi
It looks exactly like your picture – as you can see if you log inI don’t know where to see the php version but I think its Version 5.6.30
September 9, 2017 at 7:20 am #849868Hi,
The header markup looks different from the latest version. Did you modify the header.php or the includes > helper-main-menu.php file? Please get a fresh copy of the latest version of the theme then update all of the theme files.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 9, 2017 at 11:08 am #849914I’ll gladly again download from the envato download site – I guess it’s there I get the newest version – and aginn overwrite the theme files – but this is the third time and as you can see in the thread it doesn’t seem to do the magic
September 9, 2017 at 11:11 am #849915I have a simular site running on the same webhotel with the same version of enfold and there everything is fine
you can see it on safesec.noSeptember 9, 2017 at 11:19 am #849917I’m sorry to say that that didn’t help – I’m overwriting the files like Yigit postet a video about earlier in this post
September 11, 2017 at 1:47 pm #850479Hi Safesec,
I am seeing the menu on the mobile! Just not all the menu items are there, is this intentional or not?
And I still think that the files still did not overwrite properly or there is some server cache which still uses old files.
Best regards,

September 11, 2017 at 1:50 pm #850481Hi Victoria
I’ve contacted a guy to fix it – because the suggestions I got from you guys didn’t work and I was desperat – So I would think it’s him workingSeptember 12, 2017 at 7:33 am #850797Hi – I couldn’t wait ant longer and got a guy to fix it for me.
I’m a little puzzeld by this encounter with the suppoert – as you can see in this thread there are days between some of your replies and we’re talking about a site that can’t be used on a mobile where it gets most of it’s traffic from – I don’t understand why you just don’t go in and fix it right away instead of giving me some of the same solutions over and over.It hasn’t been the best experience I’m sad to say – and when I have a lot of Enfold sites running I’m a little concerned for the future

We are very sorry if we were not able to help you better but we can’t fix a site that has custom modification in it. We can’t help you trace back custom modifications because it consumes a lot of time. You should create a change log of those modifications or ask your “guys” to create one in case of an update.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 12, 2017 at 8:16 am #850842I havn’t made any custom modifications – I updated the theme my mobile menu was missing and then I’ve followed your advice in this thread.
I don’t know how to make modifications
September 12, 2017 at 9:14 am #850886Hi,
I don’t know how to make modifications
Did you hire someone to develop the site previously? They might have added some modifications to the site because there are templates files in the child theme. Again, please create a note about those modifications in case you update the theme.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 12, 2017 at 9:19 am #850893No I just uploaded the theme and we were running
I can’t see there is a child theme
