    Hello –
I love Enfold, but I’ve noticed on several occasions some inconsistencies with how the theme loads on mobile.

For example, a new site I built:

My friend gets this – BAD – http://girlstothemoon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/IMG_3388.png
    I get this – GOOD – http://girlstothemoon.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/image1.png

    WHY?

    Thanks,

    Paul

    Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. I get the good result when loading your site on iphone6/safari. The screenshot where it looks bad seem to not load the CSS properly, could you ask you friend to clear his browser cache and reload the page? That should fix it.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Right, but this answer doesn’t help me at all.

I need to make sure the CSS always loads.

How do I make this happen on mobile?

    Hi,

That is nothing we have control over unfortunately, things go wrong on the internet from time to time. Just like in all other areas of life.

Sorry, but that is a ridiculous answer. Every time we load Amazon on mobile it works… there are not random errors on Amazon “like life”….

    Hi,

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

To update to the latest version follow the instructions here.

If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area.

Please deactivate all plugins to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if things get better for you.
If you have done this then let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one ore more of your plugins as well for testing purposes?

Please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Make sure your website does not get cached.

    Best regards,
    Andy
