    Hi,

    The Burger Menu of the website of my customer isn’t displaying anymore although I didn’t do any customization on the Burger Menu resently.

    I tried out the following steps but they didn’t solve the problem:

    – I deactivated all active plugins.

    – I reactivated all these plugins.

    – I emptied the cache of my iPhone.

    – I used another iPhone to check the website.

    – On desktop, I emptied the cache, made the browser window (Safari) smaller and clicked on the Burger Icon.

    I couldn’t find a solution in the forum either.

    Please find a temporary admin login in the private content area to have a look at the website.

    How can I fix this issue?

    Yes, the following solution posted by Rikard could solve the issue:

    Edit: temporary solution for resolving the empty mobile menu when using an alternate menu for mobile; replace /enfold/includes/helper-main-menu.php, with this file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/6gmyfwwcicl0mdi/helper-main-menu.php?dl=0
