Hi, there is no menu anymore on mobile, with the new update.
And there is the burgermenu on desktop, which i don’t know to remove.July 13, 2017 at 3:37 am #820307We have the same issue. Really angers me an Enfold update can be this disruptive for our mobile clients. FIX THE MOBILE MENU BUG NOW!!
July 13, 2017 at 11:29 am #820462Is there a possibility to upload the previous Enfold meanwhile?
July 13, 2017 at 1:14 pm #820514I have the same problem but luckily backed up the previous Enfold version’s folder via FTP so have re-uploaded that. It’s back now. Hopefully the update will be sorted soon!
July 13, 2017 at 2:13 pm #820535Hi,
@rikv Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
@luxuryrealtygroup and @stephtaryn, could you please start your own thread under Enfold sub forum and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it? If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well :)Best regards,
YigitJuly 13, 2017 at 5:04 pm #820663Hi Yigit, thanks for your support.
grtzJuly 13, 2017 at 5:07 pm #820666Thanks Yigit, I’ll wait to see if it can be sorted out for the OP on here first, to save you having to reply to me on another post with the same potential solution. I see Enfold have released a minor update today (4.1.1). I’m not sure if that update addresses the issue about the mobile menu. If it does, then I’ll update the theme on my site to that one!
July 13, 2017 at 11:35 pm #820870Hi,
@rikv I went to WP Rocket settings and flushed cache. Please review your website :)
@stephtaryn Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness! Please make sure you flushed cache if you are using a caching plugin. If that still does not help, we will be waiting for your thread :)Best regards,
YigitJuly 14, 2017 at 3:17 am #820917Sorry for this easy problem/solution, a pity i didn’t noticed it by myself.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you very much!
grtzJuly 14, 2017 at 10:15 am #821076Hi rikv,
A lot of users seem to miss that unfortunately, it’s the first thing you should check if you should have any problems after updates in the future :-)
Best regards,
RikardJuly 14, 2017 at 11:34 am #821114Thank you Yigit and Rikard.
I’ll upload the new theme again then flush the cache (I also have a cache plugin which I recently installed)!
If this doesn’t solve the problem (which I do think it will!), I’ll start a new thread.
Stephanie.
July 14, 2017 at 12:14 pm #821123It worked! Thank you (and thank rikv for the original post!)
