    Hello. The mobile menu (Hamburguer) is not running.on my website: https://willisbestguidemedellin.com – when touching it, the menu does not appear and the URL shows this: https://willisbestguidemedellin.com/# – I need a solution. Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Enfold version you are currently using is not compatible with your WordPress version. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.8.6.2 and that would help.

    If you have any other questions or issues, please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ using your purchase code and start new threads under Enfold sub forum :)

    Hello Yigit.
    Thanks for your time.
    My current WordPress installed version is: Current version: 5.8
    And I have installed the latest Enfold Version available in themeforest.net
    I have nor been able to fix the mobile menu issue.
    I am not a coder.
    Please help.

    Hey,

    I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable JS file merging and compression and that helped. You have already enabled it in SG Optimizer plugin so the option can be disabled in Enfold theme options.

    Please review your website :)

    Hello.
    I check it.
    Whenever I touch mobile hamburger menu it goes to https://willisbestguidemedellin.com/#
    So, the mobile menu is still broken, even after cleaning the cache with Site Ground Optimizer.
    What should I disable in Enfold theme options? JS file merging?
