I went to look at the website on my iPhone and just noticed that the menu icon isn’t there anymore. I haven’t worked on the website for a while so not sure when the menu icon disappeared… it was present ever since I can remember.
Also there is a bunch of white space after the main image for some reason… this white space was never there before and it’s not there on the desktop version of the website.
I updated the theme but it didn’t seem to fix the issues.
Please help… thank you!!!
August 9, 2016 at 6:39 pm #670475Hey glossmoderne,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,
YigitAugust 9, 2016 at 7:12 pm #670502Looks like it’s the WooCommerce plug-in that’s causing the issue. Any suggestions on how to fix? Everything seems to be updated.

August 11, 2016 at 5:33 pm #671464Hi Yigit! Were you able to figure out what was causing the WooCommerce / mobile menu conflict?
August 11, 2016 at 7:23 pm #671516Hey!
No, unfortunately i cannot reproduce the issue on my local installation.
Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?Cheers!
YigitAugust 11, 2016 at 7:48 pm #671532Hi Yigit! I just did what you said above and it’s still not working…. can you think of any other possible solutions?
August 11, 2016 at 8:17 pm #671550I found this:

Would you be able to help disable “Mod security” if I provided FTP info?
August 11, 2016 at 8:46 pm #671558Oh I think the mod security fix was for another issue in the link above.
We really need the menu icon to work on mobile phones! This is preventing customers from being able to order product from their phones… please help!
August 12, 2016 at 12:33 am #671590Hi Yigit! I’m also noticing that some images on our site aren’t loading or are coming up transparent. But if I disable WooCommerce everything is normal. Please help me find a fix as soon as possible! Thank you!!!
August 15, 2016 at 3:13 pm #672695Hi,
are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily?
Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)Best regards,
AndyAugust 15, 2016 at 6:10 pm #672825Yes please go ahead and deactivate all plugins temporarily.
1) https://glossmoderne.com – shopping cart icon appears instead of menu icon (only in responsive/mobile mode)
2) https://glossmoderne.com – white space below main image gets bigger as responsive mode gets smaller (only in responsive / mobile mode)
3) https://glossmoderne.com/collection – the 4 gallery images are coming up very light (in both responsive and normal mode)
4) https://glossmoderne.com/press – all gallery image are coming up very light (in both responsive and normal mode)
5) https://glossmoderne.com/retailers – partner/logo element is not appearing at all (in both responsive and normal mode)Please note that all above issues are corrected when the WooCommerce plugin is deactivated.
Thanks for your help!
August 16, 2016 at 1:14 pm #673189Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyAugust 16, 2016 at 6:29 pm #673360Hi Andy! I just deleted the entire Enfold theme folder and uploaded a new copy via FTB… unfortunately that did not work and we are still experiencing the same issues.
Is there anything that needs to be done to the Enfold Child theme?
August 18, 2016 at 1:00 am #673928Hi Andy and Yigit,
Will you please let me know if you were able to find a solution to all of our website issues? It’s super important that we figure out what is causing these issues (especially the menu icon missing from responsive mode) as we are not able to generate mobile orders because customers are unable to get to our shop page (or any page).
Thank you very much for your help!
August 18, 2016 at 4:53 pm #674241Hi,
as Yigit mentioned we can’t reproduce the issue on our end and it’s working fine for thousands of customers. So something must cause it especially on your end. Remove all customizations (custom code, etc.) you have done to check which one is causing this issue. Keep all plugins deactivated while testing.
Best regards,
Andy -
