Hello.
I am working on this website that I’m pasting the link in the private field.
If you open the site on mobile, when I click over the hamburger menu icon, is just empty space.
If I look inside the code, there’s just the HTML UL list element for the menu, all the HTML LI list elements are missing.
There is already a full backup inside BackupBuddy that you can download for creating a testing version on local or on a staging server.
Feel free to debug it in any way possible and please let me know how can I make the mobile menu show up again.
Thank you very much for your help.

March 9, 2019 at 7:32 am #1076610Please don’t make actual changes on the live site. Just test for a solution on staging and let me know if that solves the issue so that I can implement it on my own on the live site.
Thank you very much!
March 12, 2019 at 3:49 pm #1077850How is it possible to wait here for days until I get an answer?
I wrote first on March 9 and now is March 12, how is this possible?
March 12, 2019 at 8:02 pm #1077931Hi mathungalanga,
Please refrain from replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
VictoriaMarch 13, 2019 at 12:36 am #1078047Try to load the site without being logged in and you will see it is blank when you click on the hamburger icon opening the modal window. Blank mobile menu on both phone and pc.
New text addition (18 March 2019):
Victoria, it has been 1 week since my last reply. How is that possible to not answer for 1 full week? What kind of support is this? What is the normal waiting time in this forum? It’s hilarious.

March 18, 2019 at 12:29 pm #1079851Hi,
We would like to apologize for not being able to reply immediately.
We found a script error in the browser console and it is probably affecting the mobile menu script. Do you remember adding this modification?
<script> jQuery(window).load(function(){ jQuery(‘img’).removeAttr(‘title alt’); }) </script>
Please remove it temporarily and then check the page again.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 18, 2019 at 4:30 pm #1079957That code was added inside the functions.php file of the child theme and removing the line didn’t change anything. The error doesn’t show up in the Javascript Console anymore because I commented that part out but it did not help.
I offered you full access to the site (both SFTP and WordPress). Can you please test this on your own, even on a staging site/duplication of this site (you can use duplicator or anything you would like) or even run small tests that don’t affect the live site and let me know the working solution?
It will take less time, it will eliminate from the back and forth between us two taking into consideration that it already passed so much time and I barely received an answer while you have full access.
I will be waiting for your response.
March 18, 2019 at 4:31 pm #1079958You can test on your own and try to load the site from mobile. You will see the hamburger menu opens and it servers only white blank space.
March 18, 2019 at 10:32 pm #1080116Hi mathungalanga,
Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.
Best regards,
VictoriaMarch 18, 2019 at 10:56 pm #1080132Result is still: Blank page when menu opens – no elements in the menu.
I’m checking from Android, not iPhone. I just checked on some new phones, too, where I never visited the site from.
I’m a developer, too, for +9 years now so don’t worry, I cleared the cache, too, cookies, tried with multiple Android devices and also in incognito window.
Also, the hamburger menu icon on some android devices now falls straight over the logo and it’s not visible.
Again, this happens when you are NOT logged in.
March 18, 2019 at 11:11 pm #1080135Imagine I’m now on Browserstack.com (a pretty expensive website-responsiveness testing online software) surfing from an iPhone XS Max (which is the latest and best iPhone at the moment) and the menu still doesn’t show up. I don’t know how it shows up for you on your iPhone, but if it doesn’t even load on the latest iPhone, there’s obviously an issue.
Screenshots from the test:
https://www.screencast.com/t/c0xm2J3TPSVx (menu over the logo – this was not hapening before)
https://www.screencast.com/t/n1sA7h2SWzo (blank menu)March 21, 2019 at 9:13 am #1081266This has officially been the worst client-support experience that I ever encountered. Such a shame. You guys are completely missing out, there are companies that are there for their clients and respond in maximum 24-48 hours. Such a disappointing experience. And I even paid for it which made no difference. Not to say the poor quality of the support itself, just suggesting me general things without even testing yourself first. Saying that the menu loads on iPhone while it doesn’t even load on the latest generation of iPhones. Are you gonna solve this issue with your theme or not?

March 23, 2019 at 2:18 am #1082052Hi,
Thank you for sharing the screenshots. I’m sorry for the late reply.
I have checked your site homepage, shop page on both desktop and mobile. The menu looks fine on my end please check the screenshots attached.
The simulators are not always 100% accurate. Are you facing the menu issue on an actual device? If so please share the device and browser info.
I assure you this is not a theme issue. This is mostly happening because a custom code or a plugin is in conflict. Could you remove all custom modifications and try again?
You can also check out the demo site on the same device. It should work without any issue.
Best regards,
VinayMarch 24, 2019 at 10:24 am #1082217Now that’s a very very poor quality reply after I have waited for days to get an answer from you.
Such a basic answer, no implication, the screenshots you attached don’t work and while I told you that I tested from multiple mobile phones, not only from simulators (even if that simulator is one of the best on the market and there, too, I tried with multiple devices), you are telling me that they are not accurate. Not taking into consideration that I also tested with other mobile devices physically.
But it’s fine :) I understand that that’s the maximum limit of quality you can offer.
Please close this ticket and let me know how can I leave a review for your super low quality client support.
Thanks.
