Hey there, the mobile menu is not showing up anymore.
Can you please have a look at this? Page in private section.
Thank you very much!
Regards, Tobi
Hey Tobiy,
It’s showing on my end, did you try to clear you browser cache and reload the page? You could also try an incognito window if you are using Chrome.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard, Sure, its on specific monitor sizes – between 900 and 1200 pixels.
Hi,
You seem to have following code in your custom CSS
@media only screen and (max-width: 1152px) {
nav.main_menu {
display: none;
}}
Please remove it and flush cache. If that does not work, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it.
Best regards,
Yigit
Hey Yigit,
tried it, but it does not have an effect.
Attached the login credentials:
Hi,
Your header widget was covering it. I adjusted the code in Quick CSS. Please flush browser cache and review your website
Best regards,
Yigit
Hi Yigit, i flushed the cache but it did not work unfortunately.
Hi,
I checked your website again and it still looks fine on my end. Attached screenshots in private content field below.
Best regards,
Yigit
Strange between 990px and 1152px i still see this problem
yes, same effect
Hi Tobiy,
You have the rule to hide it in css like 5 times, of course, it is not there. Disable the caching plugin and find the code.
Best regards,
Victoria
you mean to delete this? Gotcha! This works of course! Thank you!
Hi Tobiy,
Glad you got it working for you! :)
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
Victoria
