Hello!
I have an issue with the mobile menu when viewing it on iOS Safari and sometimes iOs chrome on iPad and iPhone.
When opening up the mobile menu, I press the link, and the link is an anchor link which auto-scrolls me down to the anchor section. I notice that when doing this, the mobile-menu is still open the result of this is that I can drag to the side and get a lot of whitespace because the mobile-menu is still open. This is viewable on the right side of the website content.
It’s kind of hard to explain but I think the solution is that somehow have the mobile menu close again after clicking on the anchor link.
January 12, 2016 at 5:03 pm #564020Hey grafixstudio!
You are currently using a very old version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.4.7 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

theme is updated, problem still remains…
January 14, 2016 at 4:00 pm #565469Hi!
try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?
Cheers!
AndyJanuary 15, 2016 at 10:35 am #566027Yes you may have admin access and deactivate for testing purposes!

January 16, 2016 at 5:57 am #566453Hi,
Your site seems to be down, I’m not sure if it’s only something temporary but please check and get back to us when it’s back up again. I checked with http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 17, 2016 at 7:41 pm #566831Hi it’s up again can you cehck??
January 18, 2016 at 6:46 am #566944Hi,
It’s working again, thanks. I checked your site on iphone4/chrome but I couldn’t see anything like that, we had a problem like the one you are describing in older versions but it was fixed a few months back. Please try to flush your browser cache and reload a few times to make sure that you are not getting cached results.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 18, 2016 at 10:21 am #567038OK but like I said can you try it on Safari? That’s where we get the problem!
January 19, 2016 at 5:33 am #567609Hi!
I’m sorry but the site is down again. I can’t open it, only this:
This web page is not available
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVEDMaybe you should ask your hosting provider why the site is always down.
Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 19, 2016 at 10:30 am #567731It’s not always down check again and help us with this problem.
January 20, 2016 at 5:50 am #568371Hi,
Sorry about that, I checked your site on Safari and I get the same results. I wanted to log in and check but it seems to site went down again, I’m getting the same error as Ismael. You could try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps as something might be corrupt on your installation: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardJanuary 20, 2016 at 10:17 am #568476Oh yeah sorry, login page is inprivate content.
January 20, 2016 at 10:26 am #568482Hello again..updated manually now and problem remains….
Could you please try and log in again?????January 21, 2016 at 4:49 am #569134Hi,
Your site seems to be working better today and I was able to log in. I can’t see any reason to why it’s doing what it’s doing though, did you try to deactivate all plugin to see if there is a conflict?
Regards,
RikardJanuary 21, 2016 at 9:46 am #569246Yes we have. You have access you could try it yourself, that is what you offered.
But you DO understand that the menu get stuck right? We believe this happens because we use anchor links. So it obviously needs to be configured so that the menu “retracts” and/or goes back to hidden position after pressing menu button with anchor link…
January 22, 2016 at 6:09 am #569765Hi,
I checked our one page demo and I get the same error in Safari so this is a bug unfortunately, I’ll report it to our developers and we’ll hopefully have a fix out as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

RikardFebruary 26, 2016 at 5:38 pm #589907Hi Team
I have the same problem, but don’t know it I need to log a new ticket.
Unfortunately this doesn’t just happen in Safari, but on Chrome on all mobile phones.
(Tested on my Samsung Galaxy SII and on Mac in the Chrome dev tools, in mobile display).
BTW, great, extendable theme! I love it!
February 28, 2016 at 7:11 am #590361Hi @paulpretorius,
Thanks for the info, we are working on a fix and it will hopefully be included in the next release.

RikardMarch 24, 2016 at 2:11 pm #603048Hey!
I noticed that you’ve updated the theme but the problem still remains.
Why is this and how can I fix this?March 28, 2016 at 7:16 pm #604008Hi!
Very few customers have reported this to us and I think Kriesi needs more time for a fix for this issue. It’s quite difficult to find the cause of it, because it’s only happening on Safari+iOS. Thanks for being patient.
By the way: I tried to login here, but it does not work. Can you check please?
