    Hi,
    we have a website on Enfold and installed Polylang plugin.
    The website link is http://wf-consult.de/
    The main menu now is not visible on mobile, we have empty space.
    We checked on the menu page different menus for each language.
    Why the menu doesn`t show on mobile?

    I have the same issue on https://kaefer-baeder.de/ however I don’t have Polylang installed at all.
    In fact, I have deactivated all plugins to make sure it’s not due to a plugin conflict. No different result, the mobile menu is still invisible in the flyout when clicking the burger menu

    Maybe someone from Kriesis team could look into this?

    Hi,

    @WFO: Looks like a styling issue. Did you adjust the style of the header? Please try to disable the css modification temporarily, then purge the cache. You may need to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings afterwards.

    @marketingnr: Both the main menu and alternate menu are displaying in the site. How did you modify the templates?

    To my knowledge,the template isn’t modified at all.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Did you create a separate menu for each language? Please note that each language in a Poylang installation should have a separate menu. The following documentations should help.

    Hello Ismael,

    on my site, I only use one language.
    The URL in question is: https://kaefer-baeder.de/ (aswell as https://barrierefreie-baeder-muenchen.de/ which is basically a copy of the first)
