    Mobile Menu doesn’t work on iphone | Mobile Menü funktioniert auf dem iPhone nicht

    • doesn’t work the mobile menu on iPhones with Safari Browser.
    I’ve tested many solutions from the Forum, but nothing works better.
    When scrolling, the backplane seems to work instead the front with the menu.
    The mobile menu works on android mobiles, I’ve tested.

    • arbeitet das mobile menu nicht auf iPhones mit Safari Browser.
    Ich habe bereits einige Lösungen aus dem Forum eingesetzt, leider hat keine das Verhalten korrigiert.
    Beim scrolling scheint die hintere Ebene zu arbeiten anstatt der vorderen mit dem Menü.
    Android Geräte funktionieren. Ich bitte um Unterstützung.

Hey RST,

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

Hi Yigit,

Thanks for the suggestion. It does not improve the mobile menu error on iPhones.

But, I have make a new discovery:

The mobile menu works on sides without a implemented LayerSlider!!!

The wrongsoing ist only on sites with LayerSlider.
The menu works correct on the website:

http://www.fringsgruppe.de/fringsgruppe/impressum/

WordPress and Theme are installed in the actual Version.

Do you have an idea what that can be?

Yes, that seems to be an issue with LayerSlider. We have reported it to our devs. Fix will be implemented in upcoming Enfold version.

Hi, thanks for changing and the information.

My proplem with the actual theme update and the new Version 4.1.1 is,
the menu doesn’ t work on any mobile device.
It isn’t visible or it is disabled.

Hi RST,

As far as I can see you are still running 4.0.7, did you perform the update on a staging site maybe? Many users report the same problem as you, but as far as I know clearing the browser cache and reloading the page has helped for everyone so far.
