Hello,
I have noticed that my Mobile Menu is limited by the size of the page that the site is on when the menu is called. My webpage is Idealtridon.com and the home page for example is very short. Just a header, footer, and a picture on the home page. When I open the Mobile Menu on that page then only a portion of options are visible.Opening Idealtridon.com from a mobile sized display and the last option might be “Clamp Safety Caps
However from the same Mobile Menu if I were to select Fuel Injection 52F http://idealtridon.com/aftermarket/micro-gear/fuel-injection-52f/ it will open the 52f page.
That page contains a picture, some text, and a chart. Since the chart displays 1 column at a time in a mobile view then that page is very long when viewed on a mobile device. If I then open the Mobile Menu from the 52F page the entire menu displays.
How can I make the full menu appear on every page? My Contact Form page is at the bottom of my mobile menu so for the pages that don’t display the full menu people cant navigate around and send emails to the sales department.

July 28, 2015 at 9:52 am #479548Hi elrey52!
You are using an old version of the theme, please try to update to the latest version, 3.2.3. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardJuly 28, 2015 at 11:18 pm #479940I am at the latest version of Enfold. The problem is still there.
July 29, 2015 at 2:51 pm #480253Hi!
Website you posted still seems to be using an older version of the theme.
Your website should be publicly visible if you would like us to check it. Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps.Best regards,
YigitJuly 29, 2015 at 5:17 pm #480361The website is publicly visible using the IP address I provided in the private data. I use a browser plugin IPvFOO on Chrome and Firefox to verify whether I am accessing the public DNS site (which is using an older version of the theme until I can verify there are no issues with upgrading) or my test server (which I have sent screen shots of and is running the most current version of WP and Enfold.)
I disabled every plugin and there was no change.

Did you actually test this on a mobile device? If you open the mobile menu on an actual mobile device, you’ll be able to scroll down or swipe up to see the rest of the mobile menu. On desktop, you can scroll down.
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 3, 2015 at 3:31 pm #482149I have opened it on a variety of mobile devices – phones, ipads, android tablets, as well as browsers sized to display the mobile view instead of the desktop site. The problem is when scrolling down it cuts off part of the menu. I can scroll down on any device but depending on the size of the page I am on when I open the menu the “end” of the mobile menu stops changes. From the home page the menu cuts off at “Clamp Safety Clamps” just like my screen shot for any device. If I am on a different page when I open the mobile menu it might display the entire thing.

Alright. What if you enable the “Hide Mobile Menu Submenu Items” option in the Header > Mobile Menu panel?
By default all menu items of the mobile menu are visible. If you activate this option they will be hidden and a user needs to click on the parent menu item to display the submenus
Regards,
