Hello! When I try to click on the mobile menu of the site (burger), it doesn’t click open the menu. I’ve compared to two other sites I’ve built in the same way and while those don’t have issue, this site won’t open the menu. Is there something I should update? (Note, I cannot update PHP past 7.3 on GoDaddy.

    Hey TLPLindseyMuchka,

Thanks for the login details. Please try deactivating the jQuery migrate plugin, you shouldn’t need that now anyway.

    Best regards,

    Hey Rikard –

I had installed that plugin after submitting the question from what I read in other threads. I saw this morning that the mobile menu was working… When I went and disabled that plugin per your message, it stopped working again. Is it best to keep that plugin activated then? Or is there another issue at play?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I changed the jQuery version to the default WordPress in the plugin options, and your mobile menu is working after that as well. The problem might have been caused by your caching plugin, but I can’t say for sure.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Hi Rikard – The issue has come up again. I’m wondering if it is caching as you said. Can you recommend a better caching option? Or perhaps something else that I can do to avoid the issue? Thanks!

    Hi,

I can’t see any problems on my end, the mobile menu is working as it should. If you need further help, then please check the login details you sent, as they are not working anymore. I don’t have any caching solution to recommend, you would have to try different ones to see what works on your site. You might want to reach out to their support as well, if the problem is caused by your caching plugin.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
