I can see the mobile menu fine on my end, in what browser/device are you seeing this? Screenshots might help us understand the problem better.

It seems to work fine on my end. Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh
