The text in my mobile menu is not showing for the following website.I have tried to paste some css code found in these forums but it did not work.
I have changed in advanced styling but does not reflect.Also in the mobile version on my phone, some headlines disappear or are cut out. Please advise
It’s been 9 hours and still no support for my query. I purchased this theme, if you need my token details, please advise.
Can someone please update me or can I please have a refund? I paid $62 for a theme that is not mobile responsive!??? And offer zero support

The credentials still do not work (error text in private content).
Also, I have checked your site on my mobile phone and it’s showing properly and I don’t see any headlines being cut off, is the issue showing in the homepage? or in other pages?

Also, I have checked your site on my mobile phone and I don’t really see the headlines being cut off as you have mentioned (as what I was saying in my previous response).
Can we request a screenshot? can you try to clear your browser cache? or try to disable CSS file merging and compression and Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance and see if this helps.Best regards,
NikkoYou guys are giving me the runaround> I said numerous times, if you input the address into your MOBILE PHONE, not a mobile resizing on your desktop, but an actual MOBILE PHONE, the mobile flyout menu does not show. This is also a well known bug in your template judging from the amount of queries you get. Your template is flawed and yet you are making this my fault. I have already spent money on a second template and am rebuilding this website with Avada, a much better template than Enfold, but at least try to help me solve this before i ask for a refund

We are simply asking for a screenshot? and not blaming you.
If you read my response, I mentioned I used my mobile phone (android) to check and not used desktop then resize it.
Also, the reason for requesting the screenshot is for us to at least see it from your perspective since the issue is not visible at least on my mobile phone.Best regards,

I noticed the link/URL in the screenshots is different from the link you gave (private content). Anyway, I tested both and it showed

NikkoBoth sites are 100% the same and the passwords work for both. I just made and copy and worked on different one to try and solve this.
You have not given a clear answer and not addressed the headline/titles being cut out. I am waiting for your response eagerly and you respond every 4 days but I see you responding to other clients much quicker, so you are online.
Can you respond to my screengrabs that you asked for?
If this is something you cannot resolve, let people know before people spend $62 on this shitty template

Issue was related to your custom Gotham Light font which was used in headings and in mobile menu items. I converted .otf version of the font using this website – https://transfonter.org/ and re-uploaded it and that helped.
I am attaching the file in private content field. Please replace the font on your live site as well.
