Thanks for the screenshot. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.0.7) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Hi,

You can check if there`s a plugin conflict disabling all of them.

Can you remove that item or change the rotation with contact and let us know if issue is been solved, so we can see if it is something related to characters please?
