Hello,
I’ve moved to Enfold from a WP theme. There’s a child theme set up, and all seemed to be working fine until yesterday. Now, the post content (single post and archive pages) is not displaying properly on mobile devices. I’ve tried on multiple devices, both Android and iOS op systems. The problem persists on both phone and tablet.
The parent theme is up to date, and I disabled all plugins to see if there was a conflict. Nothing has worked. I checked the forum before joining to see if I could find a fix, but didn’t find a solution. Can you please assist on how to correct this? Thanks.

Please try to clear all caches on your site. If you should need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.

I cleared the cache using WP-Optimize as suggested, but it hasn’t changed anything. As a data point, the site shows fine on desktop. Nothing about the layout has changed. On mobile, it’s as if there is no active design or theme at all. Trouble is, about 95% of my traffic is on mobile. I’ll provide info for further assistance. Thanks.

Thanks for that. I cleared the caches from your plugins, and it’s working as expected after that. Checked both on mobile emulation and on an actual phone. Please review your site.

RikardThanks for the help. Is there something I need to do differently next time, in case it happens again? I attempted to purge twice with WP Optimize, but the problem persisted. Would you suggest a separate caching plugin?
