    Hello,

    I’ve been noticing that on mobile the menu is sometimes visible and staggered vertically. This happens on and off. If it does happen, I just clear my cache and it’s fine. But this could be a turn off to end users because the site is not even functional. The specific site is hosted on godaddy’s managed wordpress hosting. There are no crazy plugins & nothing is customized.

    I couldn’t see that issue on my end using iphone4/chrome. In what device/browser are you seeing that?

    How do I fix the banner so that the words/buttons are not chopped off?

    Hey!

    you are using an old version of the theme. Please upgrade to Enfold v3.3.2.

    I can’t see any banner or chopped off words on the link you have provided. Are sure this is the correct link to see what you mean?

    Hey, I’ve updated the theme.

    There seems to be a caching issue. Sometimes on mobile some banners don’t show, logo doesn’t show, etc.

    Do you think this is a hosting issue?

    It only happens with safari though.

    Hi,

    Difficult to say but if it’s only happening in one browser I would think there is still cache there so you might want to try and empty it again or try another device? Also make sure that you don’t have any caching plugins active.
