Hi there,
I have a site for my client that is having some issues when viewing on mobile. There is an old image showing up on the mobile version (only) on the site that should not be there. The image isn’t even in the media library any longer but is still showing up on the mobile version. Even after cache has been deleted and browser history. I’ve even tried removing the “viewability” on everything besides the desktop for the photo to see if that helps – and it’s still there. How can I fix this? The photo with the issue is located on the “About” page. It’s the woman’s photo. It shows up fine on desktop – but the mobile version is an outdated photo that needs to be removed.
Hey emilyriggio,

Hi Victoria,
Correct – the black and white photo should not be there. Do you need me to try to create another login for you?

Hi Victoria –
Hi,
Sorry for the delay. Can you give us a screenshot of the image that is supposed to display on the About page?
This what we currently see on our end.
