Hi,
The page in private content is displaying content on desktop, but not on mobile – I just see the header and footer details.
Can you help?
Thanks
April 7, 2024 at 6:36 pm #1439421There seems to be lots of viewing issues on mobile that don’t match the desktop.
I have added WP access in Private. If you could take a look and see.
Thanks

Thanks for the login details. The page in question looks fine on my end on both desktop and mobile, could you post screenshots highlighting the problems you are seeing please?
Best regards,

My desktop is displaying ok, but my mobile displays no content, only header and footer.
See screenshot in Private content. It looks like there is a #toggle that adds onto the url ?
Thanks

Thank you for the info.
The content is not displaying because the page is password-protected. Have you tried adjusting the Page > Summary > Visibility settings of the page?
Best regards,

Is has nothing to do with the password protection. This is a development site and other pages that are password protected are displaying fine.
I put the password in the private content here.Do you see the content on your mobile?
Have you any other suggestions?

Could you come back to me on this please. I am not sure why the page doesn’t view on mobile.
Thanks
April 8, 2024 at 4:00 pm #1439504Hi,
It displays exactly the same on desktop if you check in a browser where you are not logged in. You need to login to WordPress first, then fill out the page password, otherwise it won’t display any content. Why that is I’m not sure of though, usually the password field is visible even if you are logged in or not.
Best regards,
RikardApril 8, 2024 at 4:12 pm #1439508Normally if a page is password protected, the password lets anyone view the page.
The homepage is password protected and that displays ok on mobile.
So I am unsure why this is happening. What I have done is saved the content as a template and loaded it into a test page – this now views ok.
I presume I will need to remove any pages that aren’t viewing on mobile and go through the same process – eg create another page.
then rename them back to the pages that weren’t displaying? Thanks
