I’m working on a website that has not been updated in a while. Since the EOL of PHP 5.6, I was forced to update everything since a lot of things didn’t work very well at PHP 7+.
After updating WordPress and Enfold to the latest version, I can’t seem to get the mobile menu working anymore. Weird enough, the text “Menu” is visible in desktop sizes, and that button gives some sort of half menu. In mobile mode, this menu nor the icon is visible. Link attached.I have tried the following things to resolve this issue:
– Disabled the child theme that is installed
– Disabled all plugins
– Removed all Quick CSS styles that were configured
– Applied CSS code that I found in similar topics
– Removed cache after all actions aboveThanks in advance for any kind of help to guide me to the answer for this issue.
January 30, 2019 at 4:45 pm #1060541Just a little bump. Any ideas? I will need to look for alternatives otherwise.
January 31, 2019 at 6:58 am #1060796Hi,
I see the same problem on my end, have you made any customisations to the header or CSS in the header? Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,

Thanks for your response.
Please find the details attached. It’s a staging environment. In the meantime I will try to investigate further into any custom CSS used (the site was not built my me). I thought I had removed all custom CSS earlier to try and fix it, but I will search some more if I can find any header css added.

February 1, 2019 at 6:05 pm #1061642Done some more researching, but no solution yet, unfortunately.
Investigated the elements, but all css seems to come from the generated enfold css files.
So tried deleting those and disabling the compression. All with no succes.February 2, 2019 at 5:43 am #1061858 -
