    Hello,

    I was performing a mobile review of our website (link below in private content area) and noticed that the mobile burger menu doesn’t work. Upon inspection, this is the link it’s set to; https://chipyourcar.com/#

    Troubleshooting steps we’ve already done;
    1. Updated all plugins and enfold them (WordPress is also updated)
    2. Cleared cache

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We’ve found a few script errors on the page, which might be why the mobile view isn’t working. The scripts are currently compressed, so we can’t precisely identify where the error is generated. Please try toggling or temporarily disabling the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then purge the cache. Let us know if the issue persists.

    Hello,

    Looks like disabling both “CSS File Compression And Merging” and “Javascript File Compression And Merging” settings and purging the cache did the trick. Can I expect any negative changes to my website from doing that?

    Hi,

    You should be able to enable it again, but make sure to clear the cache from the cache plugin after doing so.
