My web site doesn’t display properly on my iPhone. On my home page, I have ticked the “Hide on very small screens” for the “full width easy slider” and, on one of the other pages (“Fundraising”), I have done the same thing for the “Special heading” element. In both cases, my phone is displaying the HTML in both portrait and landscape modes.
February 26, 2018 at 9:02 pm #918001Hey awjensen,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I have checked your site, however I also couldn’t figure out what’s causing the issue though I suspect the plugins, since when I checked on my phone I noticed even the header and menu of the site looks different, can you try to temporarily deactivate all plugins and flush out cache if there’s one and check your site, if that helps, try to activate your plugins one by one to identify which causes the issue, if that doesn’t work, please give us ftp access, so we can check further and give us permission to deactivate all plugins if needed.
Best regards,

I also found several web sites that detail alternatives to Jetpack.
Now all I need help with is the automatic update of Enfold.
February 28, 2018 at 5:55 am #918805Hi,
Glad that you figured it out. As for the automatic update, I’m not sure what’s causing the issue on the theme update on your end, however can you try to update via ftp: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and make sure to backup first.
Best regards,
Nikko -
