On mobile, I show a background image in a color section. The image is not loading. If I look at the source code, the image is missing all the forward slashes. i.e.
https: www.website.com wp-content uploads

Thanks for that, I’m not sure why it’s not working, but it might have something to do with either the svg elements or shortcode you are using. Could you try to copy the page to a test page and try to remove those elements to see what happens then please? You can copy shortcode if you enable debug mode first: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
By the way, why are you displaying the header over the video using an svg element?

RikardOkay, I tried removing the SVG and that didn’t help – which shortcode are you referring to? There’s a custom one at the bottom of the page, but that’s not where the issue is….
I am not sure I understand your last question, either… They want the header to float over the video.Here is a page with nothing but the video on it and you can see the mobile issue is still happening here, too:

VictoriaI didn’t turn off the editor…and don’t have any plugins enabled that would hide it… isn’t that turned off by Enfold? Plugins menu should be there. Can you check again? Do you need FTP instead?
I think I am good on this issue, updating my overrides (functions.php) to match latest version of Enfold seems to have fixed the problem!
