    Hello,

    I’m not sure how to attach a screenshot… it only gives me an option to provide a link?

    If I search my website on my mobile, it doesn’t look the way I want it to unless I switch it to desktop version. Otherwise it just looks all blue and basic.

    You can upload screenshots to a service like Dropbox and give us the links here.

    Looks like you’re using Amp plugin and the mobile pages are done with it, correct?

    Hi Kayla,

    This is the only support platform we have unfortunately, if you try logging in with the details you are sending us before you post them, then you will know that they are working. That means we don’t have to ask you for login details again after that.

    Hi,

    This issue is caused by the wp touch plugin which is not required for Enfold (Enfold is already responsive and you don’t need an extra plugin for mobile devices). I deactivated it and now your website looks like the screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/ghi5k40qkz9azg6/Desktop%20version.jpg?dl=0 on mobile devices too.
