    Hello – I am trying to create a mobile version of a page (http://projectpinkcampaign.com/pre-register/). We know that when people click on the page through Facebook advertising that the web version is difficult. I have a sample of the mobile version of the page / form we would like to make. Any suggestions?

    You can create this page with blank template without header and footer to make it more “mobile friendly”
