    Hi there, I went ahead and extended our theme support for 6 months but I didn’t realize our license is currently expired. Is there a way to get a new license code for this or will I need to a purchase a new one separately? If I do need to purchase a new one will I be refunded for the support I already renewed?

    Hey Max,

    Theme licenses are valid for life, so you don’t need to purchase a new one. I’m not sure why you need your purchase code, but it can be found in your Themeforest account. If you are looking to get theme updates, then please follow this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Hey there,
    Sorry if I didn’t explain my situation well enough. I see where I can find the purchase code. I’m trying to get access to the theme support but it says my current license key expired on January 30th, 2019 and I need to purchase a new license or if I’ve purchased one simply download it on the themeforest?
